The chapter describes proposals for a model of a multi-paradigmatic analysis of cultures at universities in Poland and other countries. The cognitive aim of this chapter is an attempt to describe organisational culture in contemporary higher education institutions in Polandbased on a multi-paradigmatic model. The study is a result of the National Science Centre project "Kultura jakości w polskich uczelniach wyższych", conducted by the Jagiellonian University.
