Praca traktuje o o wpływie Festiwalu Ars Cameralis na uczestnictwo w kulturze mieszkańców Śląska. W swej pracy skupiam się roli muzyki w życiu człowieka – tłumaczę na czym polega fenomen muzyki, przedstawiam rolę i funkcje muzyki w procesie komunikacji oraz opisuję pozaestetyczne jej oddziaływanie na człowieka. Interpretuję pojęcia jakimi są uczestnictwo w kulturze i edukacja kulturalna – przytaczam ich różne definicje, tłumaczę na czym polega dostępność kultury i uczestnictwo w kulturze oraz jak w świetle najnowszych badań wygląda dzisiejsze uczestnictwo Polaków w kulturze. Tłumaczę na czym polega fenomen Festiwalu Ars Cameralis, którego organizatorem jest instytucja kultury Ars Cameralis.

The work deals with the influence of the Festival Ars Cameralis to participate in the culture of the inhabitants of Silesia. In my work I focus on the role of music in human life - explain what is the phenomenon of music, present role and functions of music in the communication process and describe pozaestetyczne its Interaction with humans. I interpret concepts which are participation in culture and cultural education - I am quoting their different definitions, I explain what is the availability of culture and participation in culture as well as in the light of recent research appears today to participate in the culture of the Poles. I explain what is the essence of the festival Ars Cameralis, organized by the cultural institution Ars Cameralis.
