Dallas 22.11.1963 - The assassination of the President John Fitzgerald Kennedy and related theories

Tematem mojej pracy jest zamach na 35 prezydenta Stanów Zjednoczonych, Johna Fitzgeralda Kennedyego, wyniki śledztw przeprowadzonych przez komisję badające sprawę zabójstwa i powiązane z nimi teorie powstałe od 1963 roku do czasów współczesnych. Pierwszy rozdział mojej pracy poświęciłam życiu Johna Kennedyego, opisałam jego młodość oraz przedstawiłam początek jego kariery politycznej i drogę do Białego Domu. W tym rozdziale omówiłam również główne problemy z jakimi spotkał się Kennedy w trakcie 1036 dni prezydentury, zarówno w sferze polityki wewnętrznej jak i zagranicznej. Drugi rozdział traktuje o samej podróży prezydenta na Południe kraju w 1963 roku jak i o przebiegu zamachu. Opisałam w nim również pogrzeb prezydenta Johna Kennedyego, który odbył się w dwa dni po jego śmierci. W tym rozdziale przedstawiłam również sylwetkę domniemanego zabójcy Kennedyego – Lee Harveya Oswalda oraz omówiłam wyniki śledztw przeprowadzonych przez komisję powołane w celu wyjaśnienia wszystkich niejasności związanych z zamachem.W trzecim rozdziale postawiłam cztery pytania dotyczące przebiegu zamachu, które wynikają bezpośrednio z tez postawionych w Raporcie Komisji Warrena, są to pytania o umiejscowienie strzelców, liczbę strzałów jaka została oddana do prezydenta i wynikającą z tego liczbę zamachowców, oraz o to, kim mogli oni być. W ostatnim rozdziale przedstawiłam cztery najszerzej omawiane teorie wyjaśniające przyczyny śmierci Kennedyego. Możemy zaliczyć do nich zaangażowanie w spisek agencji rządowych – CIA i FBI, udział w spisku ówczesnego wiceprezydenta Lyndona Johnsona, teksańskich nafciarzy czy Fidela Castro. W podsumowaniu mojej pracy zwróciłam uwagę na problem badania zamachu na życie Johna Kennedyego z powodu braku dostępności wielu utajnionych dokumentów, oraz dużą liczbę opracowań traktujących o całej sprawie.

The subject of my thesis is the assassination of 35th President of The United States, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, results of the investigations conducted by the investigative commission on murder and related theories dating from 1963 to the present.The first chapter of my thesis I devoted to life of John Kennedy, I described his childhood and I presented the beginning of his political career and the way to the White House. In this chapter I also discussed Kennedy's main problems during the 1036 days of his Presidency, both in the sphere of domestic and foreign policy.The second chapter deals with the president's trip to the South of the country in 1963 and the assassination attempt. I also described the funeral of President John Kennedy, which took place two days after his death. In this chapter I also presented the profile of the alleged killer of the President Kennedy - Lee Harvey Oswald, and discussed the results of the investigations carried out by the commission set up to clarify all the ambiguities associated with the assassination.In the third chapter, I set out four questions regarding the course of the assassination that results directly from the statements made in the Warren Commission report, these are questions about the location of shooters, the number of shots given to the president, the number of shooters, and who they may be.In the last chapter I discussed the four most frequently discussed theories explaining the causes of Kennedy's death, and the involement of goverment agencies - CIA and FBI, vice president Lyndon Johnson, Texas buisnessmens related to the oil companies and the Fidel Castro. In conclusion I drew attention to the problem of investigating the assassination of John Kennedy because of the lack of availability of many confidential documents, and the large number of books that dealt with the whole case.
