It begins with the definition, types and segmentation criteria of this market, and then its features and functions are discussed. It is possible to find out what the characteristics of the real estate market are, and also takes a detailed look at the residential real estate market, including the presentation of a report on this segment.Chapter 2 focuses on financial, legal and tax regulations related to the real estate market. It includes information on how real estate is valued and where the funds invested in this market come from. The legal aspects of real estate are also discussed, as well as legal issues that may affect the development of the real estate market. Chapter 3 is devoted to the real estate market in Krakow. Here the peculiarities of this market are analyzed, highlighting the characteristic features. An analysis of changes in residential real estate prices in Krakow in the period 2018-2022 is also carried out.Chapter 4 focuses on the study of the impact of financial, legal and tax regulations on the attractiveness of residential real estate in Krakow. It begins with the characteristics of the research sample, the purpose of the research is defined, the research problem and hypothesis are formulated. Next, the results of the research are presented, where the studied environment and the preferences of the respondents for real estate in Krakow are described, with a particular focus on financial-legal-tax regulations. Finally, the results are interpreted and the research hypothesis is verified.
