Praca dotyczy tematyki aktów prawa miejscowego samorządu terytorialnego to jest gminy, powiatu i województwa.Celem pracy było przybliżenie pojęcia i rodzajów aktów prawa miejscowego ich procedurę uchwałodawczą, a także problematykę nadzoru nad tymi organami prawotwórczymi.Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów.Pierwszy rozdział ma charakter ogólnego wprowadzenia w tematykę prawa stanowionego przez samorząd terytorialny oraz ich miejsca w konstytucyjnym systemie źródeł prawa.Przedmiotem analizy rozdziału drugiego są akty prawa miejscowego pod względem podmiotów które je wydają.Rozdział trzeci skupia się na procedurze uchwałodawczej.Czwarta część pracy dotyczy nadzoru nad działalnością samorządu terytorialnego.

This bahelor`s thesis concerns the subject matter of local government acts of law that is commune ,county and voivodeships.The aim of the work was to present the concepts and types of local legal acts,their legislative procedure as well as the issue of supervision over these law -making bodies.The work consists of four chapters.The first chapter is a general introduction to the subject of local government law and their place in the constitutional system of sources of law.The subject of the analysis of the second chapter are local law in terms of the entities that issue them.The third chapter focuses on the resolution procedure.The fourth part of the work concerns the supervision of local government activities.
