Freelancing: job or a lifestyle?

Post-industrialna faza rozwoju społeczeństwa stwarza zupełnie nowe stosunki pracy. Egzemplifikacją owych stosunków jest zjawisko freelancingu, definiowane jako niestandardowa forma zatrudnienia nieoparta o etat i trwająca na czas realizowania konkretnego projektu. Trud badawczy podjęty w pracy skupia się na odpowiedzi na pytanie, czy freelancing jest tylko i wyłącznie źródłem zarobku, czy jest też specyficznym stylem życia ze wszystkimi cechami charakterystycznymi dla tego zjawiska. W tym celu zostało przebadanych 10 respondentów w ramach wywiadów jakościowych, a udzielone przez nich odpowiedzi posłużyły do odpowiedzi na zadane pytanie badawcze.

Post-industrial phase of development of society creates a completely new labor relations . Exemplification of these relations is the phenomenon of freelancing. Freelancing is defined as a non-standard form of employment which is not based on the time, rather lasts for the period of realization of a specific project. Paper focuses on the question of whether freelancing is the only source of income , whether it is a specific style of life with all the characteristic features of this phenomenon. 10 respondents were surveyed using qualitative interviews in order to answer the research question.
