"Financial institutions in the era of globalization and their impact on financial crises".

W pracy omówiono pojęcia: instytucji finansowych, procesu globalizacji, sieci bezpieczeństwa finansowego oraz kryzysu finansowego. Celem pracy było udowodnienie, że instytucje finansowe przyczyniają się do powstawania kryzysów finansowych, a globalizacja powoduje szybsze rozprzestrzenienie się go na skalę międzynarodową. Ze względu na cykliczność koniunktury jest to bardzo istotny problem, gdyż kolejny kryzys w przyszłości jest nieunikniony. Dzięki analizie rynku finansowego i dostępnej literaturze można wywnioskować, że to instytucje finansowe w ostatnich latach były odpowiedzialne za powstawanie kryzysów finansowych. Konieczne jest, aby w przyszłości organy nadzoru wyciągnęły wnioski z poprzednich kryzysów i nie popełniały tych samych błędów, a kryzysy w przyszłości będą łagodniejsze w skutkach.

In this Bechelor’s thesis defined concepts of financial institutions, the process of globalization, the financial safety net and the financial crisis. The aim of this work was demonstrate that financial institutions contribute to the creation of financial crises and globalization causes the spread it on the international arena. Due to the cyclical nature of the business climate is a very important issue, because another crisis in the future is inevitable. Analysis of the financial market and available literature, it can be concluded that financial institutions in recent years have been responsible for the formation of financial crises. It is necessary that in the future the supervisory authorities learned lessons from previous crises and not have committed an the same errors and crises in the future will be less severe.
