Praca poświęcona jest tematyce innowacji, przedstawione są tutaj rodzaje innowacji, źródła oraz proces powstania. Celem pracy jest wskazanie iż lotnisko we Frankfurcie, jak i cały przemysł lotniczy jest niezwykle innowacyjny. W pracy przedstawiono rozwiązania technologiczne, logistyczne oraz organizacyjne wykorzystywane na lotnisku we Frankfurcie. Innowacyjna działalność lotniska napędzana jest stale rosnącą liczba pasażerów, w tym celu organizacja wykorzystuje najnowsze rozwiązania technologiczne co przyczynia się na zwiększenie przepustowości jak i na poziom jakości oferowanych usług.
The purpose of this thesis is to show that Frankfurt airport as well as the whole airline industry is very innovative. The author shows the technological as well as logistic solutions used at the airport and how it's driven by ever growing number of passages and how this forces industry to use the latest and most sophisticated technologies to increase capacity, meet the demand and increase the quality of service.
