W pracy opisany został system do statycznego rozpoznawania tablicrejestracyjnych samochodów. Funkcjonalność oparta jest o sieci neuronoweoraz o cyfrowe przetwarzanie obrazów. Praca zawiera dokładny opis krokówniezbędnych do wykrycia tablicy ze zdjęcia samochodu, a także proces analizytablicy rejestracyjnej mający na celu rozpoznanie pojedynczych znakówtworzących rejestrację. Wyniki rozważań z poszczególnych etapów procesu obrazują licznefotografie. System poddany został szczegółowej weryfikacji, czy spełniasformułowane na początku pracy cele i wymagania.
Research describes Automatic License Plate Recognition system.Functionality is designed based on neural networks and digital imageprocessing. The thesis contains a detailed description of the necessary stepsnecessary to detect the license plate from a photo of a car, as well as the processof analyzing the license plate in order to recognize the individual characters. The results of the considerations from individual stages of the process areshown in numerous photographs. The system has been thoroughly verified as towhether it meets the goals and requirements set at the beginning of the work.
