The Theatre of Andrzej Dziuk (2012 - 2015)

Praca została poświęcona działalności Teatru St. I. Witkiewicza w Zakopanem w latach (2012 – 2015). Scena na Chramcówkach jest szczególnym miejscem wspólnoty, gdzie rozmowa, spotkanie z drugim człowiekiem jest najważniejszym celem całego zespołu. Na deskach Teatru, działającego od 1985 roku odbyło się blisko 150 premier. Od początku zainteresowania twórców przebiegały dwutorowo. Z jednej strony powstały spektakle misteryjne, z drugiej spektakle odwołujące się do awangardy XX wieku. Praca podejmuje analizę założeń artystycznych i światopoglądowych, zawiera opisy wybranych przedstawień, ale przede wszystkim to jeszcze jedna próba przyjrzenia się ideom, formie i fenomenie Teatru Andrzeja Dziuka w perspektywie współczesnych przedstawień. Spektakle pokazują różne oblicza Teatru, ale także potwierdzają konsekwencję i niezmienność założeń artystycznych reżysera.

This thesis is dedicated to the activity of the St. I Witkiewicz Theatre in Zakopane in the years between 2012 and 2015. The Chramcówki scene is an exceptional community in which communication with “the other” is the main goal of the whole artistic team. Since the foundation of the Theatre in 1985 the stage has witnessed close to 150 premieres. The main interest of the artists always ran in two separate courses. Mystery plays were composed as well as plays related to the 20th century avant-garde. Apart from the description of chosen dramas, this paper is devoted to the analysis of artistic ideas, form and the overall phenomenon of Andrzej Dziuk’s Theatre. All the described dramas exhibit various sides of the Theatre, but above all they substantiate the consequence and permanence of the artistic view of the director.
