Tematem pracy jest analiza wydatków samorządu w Gminie Szczurowa w latach 2014-2016. Celem pracy było poznanie i analiza sposobów finansowania zadań w gminie, a w szczególności wydatków oświatowych. Konieczne było zapoznanie się ze strukturą samorządu gminnego w Polsce a także z podstawami finansów publicznych. Po zagłębieniu się w teorię dotyczącą finansów jednostek samorządu terytorialnego dokonano charakterystyki gminy Szczurowa oraz analizy kosztów i wydatków oświatowych jakie gmina poniosła w latach 2014-2016.
The subject of this thesis is “the analysis of local government spending in Szczurowa Municipality in years 2014 – 2016”. The purpose of the thesis was to find out and analyze the ways of financing activities in Szczurowa, focusing on educational spending. It was necessary to get acquainted with the structure of territorial government in Poland as well as with the basics of public finances. After the theoretical part concerning finances there is a characteristic of Szczurowa Municipality and all costs and educational spending between the years 2014-2016.
