Syndrome of professional burning out as civilization disease XXI century among full-time salesmen.

Celem niniejszej pracy jest omówienie problematyki wypalenia zawodowego wśród handlowców stacjonarnych. Praca opiera się na rozważaniach odnoszących się do istoty wypalenia zawodowego (jego przyczyn, symptomów i następstw) oraz stresu organizacyjnego. Część teoretyczna pracy powstała w oparciu o metodę analizy i oceny materiałów źródłowych - piśmiennictwa z badanego zakresu, w tym literatury zwartej przedmiotu, artykułów oraz opracowań naukowych. Część badawcza pracy weryfikuje postawioną przez autora hipotezę zakładającą, iż grupa zawodowa przedstawicieli handlowych jest w znacznym stopniu dotknięta wypaleniem zawodowym, które dodatkowo warunkowane jest takimi czynnikami jak wiek, płeć oraz staż pracy. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w oparciu o metodę sondażu diagnostycznego, w obrębie której wykorzystano narzędzie w postaci ankiety.

The purpose of this work is an discussion of the issues of the professional burnout amongst full-time salesmen. The work is based on considerations relating to the substance of the professional burnout (causes, symptoms and results) and of organizational stress. The theoretical part of the work came into existence based on the analysis method and evaluations of source materials (literature from the examined scope, including articles and scientific elaboration). The research part of the work is reviewing the hypothesis constructed by the author, assuming that the group of sales representatives is touched to a considerable degree with the professional burnout which additionally is being conditioned with such factors like the age, the sex and the work experience. Examinations were conducted based on the method of the diagnostic survey, within which the tool was used in the form of the questionnaire form.
