Praca ukazuje proces powstania Centralnego Biura Zwalczania Cyberprzestępczości (CBZC), a także działalność tej jednostki organizacyjnej Policji w latach 2022 – 2023. W pierwszym rozdziale scharakteryzowana została cyberprzestrzeń, a także jej zagrożenia. W dalszej części pracy zostały zaprezentowane determinanty prawne i instytucjonalne bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego w Polsce. Drugi rozdział przedstawia natomiast okoliczności powstania CBZC, proces legislacyjny oraz dalsze prace organizacyjne. Ostatni rozdział uwidacznia działalność CBZC na podstawie dominujących czynności policyjnych, zrealizowanych w latach 2022 – 2023.
The bachelor’s thesis shows the process of establishing the Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime (CBCC), as well as the activities of this organizational unit of the Police in 2022 – 2023. The first chapter describes cyberspace and its threats. The following part of the work presents the legal and institutional determinants of ICT security in Poland. The second chapter presents the circumstances of the creation of CBCC, the legislative process and further organizational work. The last chapter highlights the activities of CBCC based on the dominant police activities carried out in 2022 – 2023.
