The process of organizing on the example of Subaru Poland Rally Team

Pierwszy rozdział pracy dotyczy naukowego podejścia do pojęcia organizowanie. Opisane zostało ujęcie klasyczne, które reprezentował Henri Fayol. Następnie można przeczytać o nieco bardziej współczesnym rozumieniu organizacji pracy. W dalszej części zostały przedstawione oraz omówione wybrane metody realizacji funkcji organizatorskiej w zespole. Drugi rozdział to ogólna charakterystyka zespołu rajdowego. Opisana została jego historia. Dalej zaprezentowano kształt zespołu oraz wszystkie zasoby organizacji. Następnie omówiono strategie rozwoju. Przedstawiono płaszczyzny funkcji organizowania oraz wymieniono i scharakteryzowano czynniki wspierające jak i zagrażające funkcji organizatorskiej na przykładzie Subaru Poland Rally Team.

The first chapter of this bachelor’s thesis deals with scientific approach to the concept of organization. The classic approach represented by Henri Fayol is described. Then one can read about more modern concept of organization function. Later parts present and describe the methods of implementation of the organization function. The second chapter of this thesis is devoted to the description of a rally team, including team’s history. In next parts the structure of the team including the resources of this organization are presented. Then chapter discusses strategies for team development. The last chapter contains the analysis of a rally team. It presents the planes of organizing and lists the factors promoting and limiting the organization function on the example of Subaru Poland Rally Team.
