Model of nursing care with Addison's - Biermer disease

Choroba Addisona – Biermera zwana również niedokrwistością złośliwą (NZ) lub anemią złośliwą, należy do grupy chorób autoimmunologicznych. Jej objawy pojawiają się najczęściej po upływie kilku lat, dlatego też pozostaje wykryta późno. Przyczyną jest niedobór bardzo ważnej dla organizmu człowieka i jego prawidłowego funkcjonowania witaminy- B12. Tematem niniejszej pracy jest „Model opieki nad pacjentem z chorobą Addisona – Biermera”. Celem pracy jest poznanie problemów zdrowotnych pacjenta z niedokrwistością złośliwą, a także opracowanie modelu opieki pielęgniarskiej nad chorym. Model opieki ma na celu ułatwienie pracy pielęgniarkom sprawującym opiekę nad pacjentem oraz pomóc chorym w samoopiece. Stworzony został w oparciu o teorię pielęgnowania według Dorothei Orem. Praca składa się z dwóch części, w pierwszej dokonano charakterystyki jednostki chorobowej biorąc pod uwagę epidemiologię, etiologię, patogenezę i patofizjologię choroby, rolę witaminy B12 w organizmie człowieka, a także objawy, diagnostykę i leczenie choroby Addisona – Biermera. W drugiej części pracy zawarta została charakterystyka modelu opieki pielęgniarskiej w oparciu o wybraną w pracy teorię pielęgnowania.

Addison's – Biermer disease also called pernicious anemia (NZ) it belongs to group of autoimmune diseases. Its symptoms usually appear after a few years, so it is detected late. The reason is the lack of the very important to the human body and its proper functioning vitamin-B12.The theme of this work is the "Model of care for the patient with Addison's – Biermer disease ". Aim of this study is to understand the patient's health problems with pernicious anemia and the development of a model of nursing care of the sick. The model of care is designed to facilitate the work of nurses who have the care of the patient and help the patient in self-care. It was created based on the theory of nursing by Dorothea Orem. The study consists of two parts, the first characteristic of the disease was made taking into account the epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis and pathophysiology of the disease, the role of vitamin B12 in the human body, as well as symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of disease, Addison - Biermer. In the second part of the agreement was characteristic of the model of nursing care based on the selected nursing theory at work.
