The role of the primary education teacher in the child's further development

Etap edukacji początkowej wiąże się z wieloma zmianami jakie zachodzą wtedy w życiu każdego dziecka. To jaki styl nauczania podejmuje nauczyciel, czy motywuje uczniów do kształcenia i rozwoju oraz czy pomaga im w radzeniu sobie ze stresem, może nieść za sobą konsekwencje dla dalszego rozwoju dziecka. W części teoretycznej mojej pracy przedstawiłam system edukacji początkowej w Polsce oraz scharakteryzowałam osobę nauczyciela. Wyróżniłam jakimi kompetencjami powinien cechować się nauczyciel edukacji początkowej, jakie są jego funkcje i zadania oraz jakie można wyróżnić style nauczania stosowane przez nauczycieli edukacji wczesnoszkolnej. Poświęciłam także miejsce na opisanie zagadnień motywacji i stresu szkolnego. W dalszej części mojej pracy przedstawiłam metodologię badań własnych oraz zaprezentowałam wyniki przeprowadzonych badań. Celem moich badań było rozpoznanie roli nauczyciela edukacji początkowej w dalszym rozwoju dziecka z perspektywy osób, które już edukację na poziomie obowiązkowym mają za sobą i potrafią ją ocenić. Wyniki badań wykazały, że oddziaływanie i rola nauczyciela edukacji początkowej mogą mieć rozległy wpływ na dalszy rozwój dzieci.

The stage of initial education is associated with many changes that occur in the life of every child. What teaching style the teacher adopts, whether it motivates students to learn and develop, and whether it helps them cope with stress, may have consequences for the child's further development. In the theoretical part of my work I presented both the system of primary education in Poland and characterized the person of the teacher. I distinguished what competencies a primary education teacher should have, what are his functions and tasks, and what teaching styles can be distinguished used by early childhood education teachers. I also devoted space to describe the issues of motivation and school stress. In the further part of my work, I presented the methodology of my own research and presented the results of the conducted research. The aim of my research was to recognize the role of the primary education teacher in the further development of the child from the perspective of people who have already completed compulsory education and are able to evaluate it. Research has shown that the influence and role of the primary education teacher can have a wide-ranging impact on children's further development.
