Legal Position of Muslim Religious Union in Poland

Celem pracy magisterskiej zatytułowanej „Położenie Prawne Muzułmańskiego Związku Religijnego w Polsce” było przedstawienie położenia prawnego Muzułmańskiego Związku Religijnego na terytorium Polski oraz historia islamu w Polsce. Tematyka polskich muzułmanów w ostatnim czasie powraca ponownie na forum publiczne. Mimo pojawienia się wielu publikacji dotyczących dziejów muzułmanów temat ten ciągle budzi zainteresowanie. W pracy znalazł się również krótki opis powstania islamu i jego doktryny oraz dzieje tej religii na świecie. W ostatniej części pracy została opisana struktura organizacyjna Muzułmańskiego Związku Religijnego, a także przykłady publicznej działalności na terenie Polski.

The aim of the master's thesis entitled "Legal Position of Muslim Religious Union in Poland" was to present the legal status of the Muslim Religious Union of Polish territory and the history of Islam in Poland.The subject connected with Polish Muslims recently returned back to the public forum. Despite the emergence of many publications on the history of Muslims this subject still arouses interest.In the thesis there is also a brief description of the rise of Islam, its doctrine and history of this religion in the world. In the last part there was described the organizational structure of the Muslim Religious Association, as well as examples of public activity on Polish territory.
