PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE MANAGER

W pracy przedstawiono istotę rozwoju osobistego menedżera na przykładzie menedżera projektu. Kwestię rozwoju ukazano zarówno od strony teoretycznej, jak i przez pryzmat analizy rozwoju kariery menedżerskiej w agencji reklamowej EMS Studio. Celem pracy było wskazanie sensu kształtowania karier menedżerskich i ich wpływu na strategię organizacji. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym przedstawiono pojęcia oraz teorie rozwoju kariery zawodowej z uwzględnieniem ich organizacyjnego aspektu w zarządzaniu. Rozdział drugi prezentuje czynniki związane z rozwojem kadry kierowniczej związane z procesem jej rozwoju. W rozdziale trzecim przedstawiono analizę rozwoju osobistego menedżera projektu. Stwierdzono, iż menedżer projektu jest niewątpliwie centralną i kluczową postacią w omawianej firmie.

At the work a being of the development of the personal manager was described on the example of the manager of the project. The development issue was portrayed both from the theoretical side, as well as through the prism of analysis of the development of the manager career in advertising agencies EMS Studio. Indicating the sense of the forming of manager careers and their influence on the organization strategy was a purpose of the work. The work consists of three chapters. In first notions and theories of the development of the professional career were presented including their organizational aspect in the management. The chapter two is presenting the connected factors associated with the development of the senior staff with the process of her development. In the chapter three analysis of the development of the personal project manager was described. They stated that the manager of the project was a main and crucial form undoubtedly in the discussed company.
