Master`s thesis presents the overall process of the substantial legislative procedure in force in Poland, discussing the issue of the legislative initiative, the proceedings in the Sejm, the participation of the Senate and the President of the Republic of Poland and operations related to the promulgation of the Act, taking into account the provisions of the Constitution, laws, the Standing Orders of the Sejm and the Senate as well as the views of the constitutional law theory and the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court
