Prerequsites for mandatory suspension of administrative proceedings

Celem niniejszej pracy było opisanie obligatoryjnych przesłanek zawieszenia postępowania administracyjnego. Powyższe rozważania są oparte na Kodeksie postępowania administracyjnego. Wykorzystano zarówno dzieła naukowe, jak i ustawy, a także orzeczenia i wyroki sądów. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, z których pierwszy opisuje charakter i istotę instytucji zawieszenia postępowania. Drugi jest poświęcony przedstawieniu przesłanek podmiotowych jak i przedmiotowych zawieszenia postępowania. Trzeci dotyczy zaś skutków zawieszenia postępowania administracyjnego.

The aim of this thesis was to describe the obligatory prerequisites for the suspension of administrative proceedings. The above considerations are based on the Code of Administrative Procedure. Both academic works and statutes, as well as court decisions and judgments have been used. The work consists of three chapters, the first of which describes the character and essence of the institution of suspension of proceedings. The second is devoted to the presentation of subjective as well as objective prerequisites for the suspension of proceedings. The third concerns the effects of the suspension of administrative proceedings.
