Głównym celem pracy jest pokazanie jak wygląda gospodarka finansowa samorządu terytorialnego gminy w Polsce. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów, dwóch teoretycznych i jednego empirycznego. W pierwszym rozdziale poruszono tematykę zakresu działania gminy, gospodarki finansowej, a także źródła dochodów gminy. W kolejnym rozdziale omówiony jest nadzór nad polityka finansową gminy oraz odpowiedzialność w zakresie gospodarki finansowej gminy. W ostatnim rozdziale przedstawiona została analiza struktury dochodów i wydatków gminy Słupia Jędrzejowska w latach 2019-2021.
The main purpose of the work is to show how the financial management of the local government of a commune in Poland looks like. The work consists of three chapters, two theoretical and one empirical. The first chapter deals with the subject of the scope of the commune's activities, financial management, as well as the sources of the commune's income. The next chapter discusses supervision over the financial policy of the commune and responsibility in the field of financial management of the commune. The last chapter presents an analysis of the income and expenditure structure of the Słupia Jędrzejowska commune in 2019-2021.
