Szczególnie uwzględniono tutaj III Oddział Kancelarii Osobistej Jego Cesarskiej Mości i Oddział ochrony porządku i bezpieczeństwa publicznego (Ochranę) Celem pracy jest ukazanie, ile zmian przeszły wspomniane wyżej organizację i dlaczego w ogóle zmiany te miały miejsce.
The subject of the work is to present the history of the Tsarist political police in the 19th century in Russia and the Kingdom of Poland. Particularly said about Third Section of His Imperial Majesty's Own Chancellery and The Department for Protecting the Public Security and Order (Okhrana). The purpose of the work is to show how many changes have passed the above-mentioned organizations and why these changes have taken place.
