Przedmiotem pracy jest teoria oraz praktyczne zastosowania koncepcji zarządzania, w tym outsourcing, benchmarking, lean managment oraz zarządzanie procesowe. Zarządzanie jest dynamicznym zjawiskiem, które ma wiele odmian, koncepcji oraz metod. Zarządzanie firmą, wiąże się z podejmowaniem decyzji skoncentrowanych na dążeniu do rozwoju firmy pod każdym jej kątem.Praca zawiera trzy wywiady, przeprowadzone w różnych firmach. Na podstawie zebranych odpowiedzi z przeprowadzonych wywiadów, zidentyfikowano stosowane koncepcje zarządzania przez firmy, niezależne od ich wielkości.

The topic of the work is the theory and practical application of management including outsourcing, benchmarking, lean management and process management.Management is a phenomenon that has many varieties, concepts and methods. Managing the management, managing the decision-making process, making decisions on striving for the development of the company under its control.The work includes three interviews conducted in different companies. Based on the responses performed, the management concepts foreseen by the company were collected, irrespective of their size.
