Stressors in the workplace in the evaluation of teachers.

Tematem mojej pracy są czynniki stresogenne w miejscu pracy nauczycieli. Podjęłam się tego tematu, ponieważ uważam, że stres ma kluczowe znaczenie w zarządzaniu.Pierwszy rozdział pracy poświęcony jest zagadnieniu zarządzania. W rozdziale tym opisałam czym jest zarządzanie, jakie są jego funkcje oraz opisałam szkoły teorii zarządzania. Rozdział drugi dotyczył zarządzania publicznego. Tutaj opisałam różnice jakie są między zarządzaniem publicznym a administracją publiczną. Następnie skupiłam się na istocie zarządzania publicznego, jaki jest jego zakres. Następnie przeszłam do pojęć związanych z oświatą. Rozdział trzeci związany jest już ze stresem. Ten rozdział rozpoczęłam od wyjaśnienia pojęcia i istoty stresu, jego źródeł oraz tego jakie niesie on skutki. Kolejnym zagadnieniem tego rozdziału było opisanie warunków pracy nauczycieli oraz tego jakie stresory występują w miejscu pracy nauczycieli. W rozdziale czwartym zawarte są informacje o przeprowadzonym badaniu. Rozdział V jest o weryfikacji stawianych w pracy hipotez. Natomiast w szóstym rozdziale dokonałam ocenę tezy pracy, procedury badawczej oraz praktycznego znaczenia przeprowadzonych badań.

The theme of my project is related to the stress factors in the teachers’ work. I decided to evaluate this theme because the stress may have a significant influence on management. The first chapter is devoted to management. In this part of the project the description of the notion management, its role, and theories of management are found. Secondly, the public administration and its scope are exemplified. In this chapter the differences between the public management and the public administration are highlighted. In subsequent chapter the notions that are related to education are elucidated. In the third part which is associated with the stress in a workplace, the sources of the stress as well as its influences on teachers are suggested. Next, I described the working conditions of teachers in various schools, additionally; I presented stress factors that may likely occur in the teachers’ workplace. The subsequent parts of the diploma project are totally devoted to my research. Here, I described the method of research, and the characteristics of the sample are given. In the last chapter the evaluation of my research on stress factors in the workplace and my suggestions that make references to the research are presented.
