Czeczeński terroryzm, który nawiedził Rosję na przełomie XX i XXI wieku był jednym z głównych problemów z jakimi musiały walczyć rosyjskie służby specjalne. Przedstawiono strukturę i uprawnienia systemu bezpieczeństwa w Federacji Rosyjskiej, opisano trudną historię stosunków rosyjsko-czeczeńskich, a także na podstawie zamachów dokonanych w Moskwie na teatr na Dubrowce oraz szkołę w Biesłanie. Celem było ukazanie skuteczności rosyjskich służb specjalnych, zwłaszcza Federalnej Służby Bezpieczeństwa i ich znaczenie dla rządzących w Rosji.
The Chechen terrorism which happened in Russia at the turn of the 20th and 21st century was one of main problems for Russian special services had to fight. A structure and entitlements of the security system in the Russian Federation were described, also a difficult history of relationships Russian-Chechen, as well as based on assaults made in Moscow in the Dubrowce theatre and a school in Beslan. A purpose is show the effectiveness of the Russian secret service, of especially a Federal Security Service and them meaning for government in Russia.
