Legal staus of teachers

W poniższej pracy chcę przedstawić jak w czasach dzisiejszych wygląda status prawny nauczycieli w Polsce. Zawód nauczyciela pod względem uregulowań prawnych jest interesujący oraz różnorodny poprzez unormowanie zawodu nauczyciela osobną ustawą - Kartą Nauczyciela. W pracy omówione są zagadnienia statusu prawnego nauczyciela takie jak nawiązanie stosunku pracy z nauczycielem, drogę awansu zawodowego, jego prawa i obowiązki,ustanie stosunku pracy nauczyciela oraz planowane przez Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej zmiany Karty Nauczyciela.

In my master’s dissertation I wanted to describe legal staus of teachers in Poland. This profession is worthwhile of attention and very varied in the sense of legal matters. Legal stsus of teachers is regulated by act - Teacher's Charter. In this disseration are disccussed matters like: establishing of employment relationship, career advancement of teachers, rights and obligations connected to teachers proffesion, termination of employment relationship and future changes of Teacher's Charter proposed by Ministry of National Education.
