Functioning of Daytime Support Center based on the example of the city of Dębica.

W pracy omówiono instrumenty pomocy socjalnej skierowanej ku dzieciom oraz funkcjonowanie Placówek Wsparcia Dziennego „Zgrana Paka” w Dębicy, działając w oparciu o obowiązujące ustawy zawarte w Dzienniku Ustaw Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Celem pracy było potwierdzenie tezy, założonej przez autorkę pracy, mówiącej o tym, że Placówki Wsparcia Dziennego w Dębicy spełniają swoją rolę w wychowaniu, organizacji czasu wolnego i opiece nad dziećmi. Zastosowano metodę badawczą w postaci przeprowadzonych wywiadów z pracownikami placówek oraz w postaci przeprowadzonej ankiety wśród wychowanków.

The work discusses instruments of the social assistance directed at children and the functioning of the Daytime Support Centers "Zgrana Paka" in Dębica, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations laws contained in the Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland. The aim of this work was to confirm the thesis put forward by the author of the work that the Day Support Centers in Dębica fulfill their role in the process of upbringing, organizing free time and taking care of children. The method used for research – had the form of interviews conduced with the employees of the support facilities as well as the surveys carried out among children in foster care.
