Jego popularność w ostatnich latach znacznie wzrosła, gdyż jest on korzystnym źródłem pozyskania kapitału zarówno dla firm już długo istniejących jak i nowo powstałych. W Polsce z roku na rok wzrasta liczba przedsiębiorstw, które z niego korzystają, ponieważ jest on jednym z najnowocześniejszych źródeł finansowania. Dzięki niemu firma ma szansę się rozwijać i osiągać większe zyski. Produkt ten jest obecnie łatwy do zdobycia i nie wpływa na zdolność kredytową firmy korzystającej z niego. Do zobrazowania opłacalności leasingu względem kredytu przeprowadzone zostały obliczenia porównawcze, potwierdzające jego zyskowność.

This thesis presents an external source of financing which is leasing. His popularity in the last years greatly increased because it is the preferred source of capital for companies already long existing and newly created. In Poland every year an increasing number of businesses that use it because it is one of the most sources of financing. With it, the company has the opportunity to grow and achieve higher profits. This product is now easy to come by and does not affect the creditworthiness of the company benefiting from it. To illustrate the profitability of the lease relative to of credit were carried out comparative calculations, confirming its profitability.
