The collective protection of consumers in the light of the regulation from article 24 of the competition and consumers protection law

Praca opisuje i analizuje ochronę zbiorowych interesów konsumentów z perspektywy praktyk naruszających zbiorowe interesy konsumentów. Do tych praktyk zaliczają się: stosowanie przez przedsiębiorców niedozwolonych postanowień umownych, naruszanie prawa konsumenta do uzyskania rzetelnej, prawdziwej i pełnej informacji oraz czyny nieuczciwej konkurencji i nieuczciwe praktyki rynkowe. Są one omawiane w kolejnych rozdziałach pracy. Celem autora było opisanie tych praktyk oraz mechanizmów ochrony zbiorowych interesów konsumentów.

The master's thesis describes and analises protection of the collective interests of the consumers from the perspective of the practices violating the collective interests of the consumers. To this practices we can rank: using prohibited contractual provisions by the entrepreneurs, violating the conumer's right to be given a reliable, real and full information and the actions of an unfair competition and unfair market practices. They are being discussed in the following chapters of the master's thesis. The author's goal was to describe those practices and the mechanisms of the protection of the collective interests of the consumers.
