Przedmiotem rozważań zawartych w niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest problem aborcji w Polsce oraz związanych z nią kontrowersji. Autorka wyjaśnia definicję aborcji oraz przedstawia różne metody jej dokonywania. Przedstawiając orzeczenia Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka autorka nakreśla ogólny problem prawny w zakresie prawa aborcyjnego w Polsce i ujawnia niejasność w rozumieniu tego prawa przez obywateli w tym lekarzy. Przybliżając stanowiska obu stron sporu autorka zaznacza, że w polskim społeczeństwie istnieje znaczny rozłam w kontekście podejścia do tematu aborcji.
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the problem of abortion in Poland and the controversies surrounding it. The author explains the definition of abortion and presents different methods. Presenting the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, the author outlines a general legal problem in the field of abortion law in Poland and exposes the ambiguity of the meaning of this right of citizens, including doctors. The author brings together the positions of both sides of the dispute and points out that there is a great division in Polish society regarding the approach to abortion.
