Master's thesis entitled "Internal organizational structure of common courts" is divided into eight chapters. It aims at clarifying a number of constitutional issues the judicial system. The first chapters contain a brief introduction, justification for choice of subject, concept and general principles of operation and the competence of common courts. Next chapters describes the authority of the courts and their responsibilities, the legal status of judges and judicial self-government as an important element of implementing the constitutional principle of division of authority and balance. In addition, the judiciary is discussed in some EU countries. The last chapter is a summary. The paper was based on the textbook literature and indicated in the bibliographical titles of books, articles and normative acts.

Praca magisterska zatytułowana “Wewnętrzna struktura organizacyjna sądów powszechnych” jest podzielona na osiem rozdziałów. Ma na celu objaśnienie wielu zagadnień ustrojowych sądownictwa. Pierwsze rozdziały zawierają krótkie wprowadzenie, uzasadnienie wyboru tematu, pojęcie i ogólne zasady funkcjonowania oraz zakres kompetencji sądów powszechnych. Kolejne opisują organy sądów i ich zadania, status prawny sędziów oraz samorząd sędziowski jako ważny element realizacji konstytucyjnej zasady trójpodziału i równowagi władz. Dodatkowo omówione jest sądownictwo w wybranych państwach UE. Ostatnim rozdziałem jest podsumowanie. Opracowanie oparto na literaturze podręcznikowej i wskazanych w zestawieniu bibliograficznym tytułach książkowych, artykułowych oraz aktach normatywnych.
