Possibilities and limitations of using the drama method in Polish language education in 1-3 grades

Celem niniejszej pracy jest poznanie za pomocą wywiadów narracyjnych przeprowadzonych wśród nauczycieli i rodziców uczniów klas 1-3 możliwości i ograniczeń wykorzystania metody dramy w edukacji polonistycznej na poziomie klas 1-3. Cel ten ma charakter zarówno poznawczy, jak i praktyczny. Ukazano podstawy teoretyczne pojęcia drama oraz jej miejsce na mapie paradygmatów dydaktycznych. Przybliżono dramę w klaryfikacjach dydaktycznych, miejsce dramy we współczesnej teorii dydaktycznej, a także ograniczenia dramy jako metody aktywizacji dzieci w edukacji wczesnoszkolnej.

The aim of this work is to learn, through narrative interviews conducted among teachers and parents of students in grades 1-3 the possibilities and limitations of using the drama method in Polish language education at the level of grades 1-3. This objective is both cognitive and practical. The theoretical foundations of the concept of drama and its place on the map of didactic paradigms were shown. Drama in didactic clarifications, the place of drama in contemporary didactic theory, as well as limitations of drama as a method of activating children in early childhood education.
