The syllogistic of singular propositions

This article focuses on some particular development of syllogistic for singular propositions outlined in the sixties of the last century by Tadeusz Czezowski. After the presentation of the problems arising from the point of view of denotational semantics when singular propositions are added to the calculus and of some methods designed to overcome those problems, the author constructs according to modern standards the relevant calculus outlining the technique of recognition of validity of modes using the laws of syllogisms, constructing reduction system and giving information on Meredith‘s numbers appropriate for this syllogistic.
