The principle of active participation of parties in administrative proceedings

Prezentowana praca opisuje zasadę ogólną czynnego udziału stron w postępowaniu administracyjnym. Temat został rozwinięty poprzez opisanie w pierwszej części ogólnej definicji prezentowanej zasady, jej naruszenie oraz sytuacje odstąpienia od niej. Porusza także, takie kwestie jak pojęcie strony w postępowaniu administracyjnym oraz prezentuje obowiązki organu w związku z daną zasadą wobec strony. Rozdział drugi skupia się na przepisach szczególnych w których owa zasada się przejawia. Celem pracy jest ukazanie jak ważna jest opisywana zasada oraz jaki ma wpływ na ogólny przebieg postępowania administracyjnego.

The presented Bachelor's dissertation shows the general principle of active participation of parties in administrative proceedings. The topic was developed by describing in the first part the general definition of the presented principle, its violation and the situations of withdrawal from it. Paper also deals with issues such as the concept of a party in administrative proceedings and presents the authority's duties in relation to a given rules towards a party. The second chapter focuses on specific provisions in which this policies manifests itself.The aim of the work is to show how important the described rules is and how it affects the overall course of administrative proceedings.
