W pracy został opisany przypadek 45-letniej kobiety zatrutej muchomorem sromotnikowym. Część teoretyczna zawiera opis toksycznego działania muchomora oraz prawidłowe postępowanie przy zatruciu. W części klinicznej przeanalizowano diagnostykę i postępowanie z pacjentem na etapie zespołu ratownictwa medycznego, szpitalnego oddziału ratunkowego oraz kliniki toksykologii.
These theses describes a case of a 45-year-old woman poisoned with a amanita mushroom. The theoretical part contains a description of toxic effects of the fly agaric as well as the proper treatment of poisoning. In the clinical part, the diagnosis and treatment of the patient at the stage of emergency medical team, the hospital emergency department and the toxicology clinic were analyzed.
