Rozdział przedstawia prawnoautorską ochronę programów komputerowych na gruncie dyrektywy 2009/24/WE. Omawia między innymi genezę dyrektywy, przedmiot ochrony (z uwzględnieniem sporów dotyczących m.in interfejsów) , treść majątkowych praw autorskich do programu, ograniczenia tych praw, a także relację dyrektywy 2009/24/WE z pozostałymi aktami unijnego prawa autorskiego.

The chapter presents the copyright protection of computer programs under Directive 2009/24/EC. It discusses, among other topics, the origins of the directive, the subject of protection (including disputes over elements such as interfaces), the scope of economic copyright in programs, the limitations of these rights, and the relationship of Directive 2009/24/EC with other instruments of EU copyright law.
