Assessment of the effectiveness of the use of personnel controlling tools and their impact on the optimization of enterprise costs

Celem niniejszej pracy jest ocena efektywności wykorzystania narzędzi controllingu personalnego i ich wpływu na optymalizację kosztów przedsiębiorstwa. Ma ona za zadanie zbadanie w jaki sposób narzędzia controllingu personalnego mogą pomóc przedsiębiorstwu w efektywnym zarządzaniu kosztami związanymi z zatrudnieniem pracowników. Całość pracy składa się z czterech części – dwóch teoretycznych oraz dwóch praktycznych. Rozdział pierwszy ma charakter wprowadzający, którego celem jest zaprezentowanie podstawowych zadań oraz instrumentów realizowanych w ramach zarządzana kosztami w organizacji. Podstawową problematykę rozdziału drugiego stanowi tematyka controllingu personalnego jako składowej systemu wspomagającego zarządzanie organizacji. Kolejne dwa rozdziały niniejszej pracy stanowią część teoretyczną. Celem rozdziału trzeciego jest analiza i ocena efektów zastosowania controllingu personalnego w branży outsourcingowej. Natomiast ostatni rozdział, czwarty prezentuje analizę modelu controllingu personalnego na tle systemu zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwie Armatis-lc Polska. Praca powstała w oparciu o analizę i interpretację wyników badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego wśród przedstawicieli kierownictwa wybranych przedsiębiorstw z branży outsourcingowej, badania literaturowe, dokumentację wewnętrzną, stronę internetową firmy Armatis-lc Polska, wypowiedzi przedstawicieli badanego przedsiębiorstwa oraz doświadczenia zawodowe i obserwacje autorki pracy.

The purpose of this work is to assess the effectiveness of the use of personnel controlling tools and their impact on the optimization of company costs. Its task is to examine how personnel controlling tools can help the company in the effective management of costs related to the employment of employees. The whole work consists of four parts - two theoretical and two practical. The first chapter is of an introductory nature, the purpose of which is to present the basic tasks and instruments implemented as part of cost management in the organization. The basic issue of the second chapter is the subject of personnel controlling as a component of the system supporting the management of the organization. The next two chapters of this work are the theoretical part. The purpose of the third chapter is to analyze and evaluate the effects of the use of personnel controlling in the outsourcing industry. The last chapter, the fourth, presents an analysis of the personnel controlling model against the background of the management system in the Armatis-lc Polska enterprise. The work was based on the analysis and interpretation of the results of a survey conducted among representatives of the management of selected companies from the outsourcing industry, literature research, internal documentation, the website of Armatis-lc Polska, statements of representatives of the surveyed company as well as the author's professional experience and observation.
