StreszczeniePraca stanowi zwięzłą prezentację motywu Holokaustu w literaturze brazylijskiej na podstawie powieści współczesnego pisarza Michela Lauba pt. “Diário da queda” (wyd. 2010). Część teoretyczna (rozdział I) zawiera najważniejsze informacje na temat Zagłady w kontekście litearckim, natomiast część analityczna (rozdział II) obraca się wokół zagadnienia relacji międzypokoleniowych w nawiązaniu do traumy i pamięci.

SummaryThe following thesis is a concise presentation of the Holocaust as a theme in brazilian literature. The investigation is made on the grounds of a novel Diário da queda (ed. 2010) written by a modern author, Michel Laub. The theoretical part (the first chapter) contains the most important information connected with the Holocaust in a literary context. The analytical part (the second chapter) focuses on the intergenerational relationships with respect to trauma and memory.

ResumoO presente trabalho constitui uma breve apresentação do motivo do Holocausto na literatura brasileira, tendo por base o romance do autor contemporâneo Michel Laub, intitulado Diário da queda (ed. 2010). A parte teórica (o primeiro capítulo) abrange as mais importantes informações, relacionadas com o termo Holocausto no contexto literário, enquanto a parte analítica (o segundo capítulo) gira ao redor do motivo das relações intergeracionais em relação ao trauma e à memória.
