Celem pracy jest sformułowanie hipotez określających to, jak przyjmowane wobec wartości autotelicznych postawy członków organizacji wpływają na jej bezpieczeństwo. Do realizacji tego celu wykorzystano metodę idealnych typów Maksa Webera oraz analizę fenomenologiczną intencjonalności tych postaw.

Abstract in English

Th e objective of the study is to formulate and partially justify hypotheses concerning the impact of value assertiveness of members of organization on its security. We apply the method of ideal types of Max Weber and phenomenological analyses, which concern intentionality of value assertiveness.
