Pracę magisterską rozpoczęłam od genezy oraz rozwoju historycznego instytucji niezawisłości sędziowskiej. Następnie rozróżniłam pojęcia niezawisłości oraz niezależności sędziego. Zawarłam w niej ustrojowe oraz procesowe gwarancje niezawisłości, które są nieodzwonym elementem demokratycznego państwa prawa. W ostatnim rozdziale pracy magisterskiej rozstrzygałam istotę Krajowej Rady Sądownictwa, jako organu stojącego na straży niezawisłości sędziowskiej.
I started my master's thesis from the genesis and historical development of the institution of judicial independence. Then I distinguished between the concepts of independence and independence of the judge. It includes systemic and procedural guarantees of independence, which are an indispensable element of a democratic state of law. In the last chapter of my master's thesis, I resolved the essence of the National Council of the Judiciary as a body guarding judicial independence.
