W badaniu udział wzięło 500 osób narodowości polskiej wylosowanych z grupy respondentów badania EuroVaQ. Projekt zrealizowano przy pomocy ankiet internetowych chained. Celem badania była wycena średniej skłonności do płacenia (WTP) za uniknięcie ryzyka lub pewnego okresu choroby (straty QALY).Kwestionariusz zawiera pytania z wykorzystaniem metody standard gamble oraz time trade off, a respondenci oceniają swój stan zdrowia na podstawie EQ-5D. W badaniu analizowano i porównywano średnie wskaźniki WTP/QALY w poszczególnych grupach respondentów.Średnia kwota, którą respondenci byliby skłonni zapłacić za 1 QALY mieściła się w przedziale od 76420,13zł do 82719,63zł w zależności od wersji kwestionariusza. Najwyższe wskaźniki WTP/QALY respondenci nadawali pytaniu związanemu ze zmienną wartością QALY oraz płatnością rozłożoną na 4 raty w czasie. Analiza wykazała różnice w średnich wartościach wskaźnika WTP/QALY w grupach płci, wieku, stanu cywilnego, miejsca zamieszkania oraz stanu zdrowia.
The study involved 500 people of Polish nationality drawn from the group of survey EuroVaQ’s project respondents. The project was carried out by means of online chained’s questionnaires. The aim of this study was the average valuation of the willingness to pay (WTP) for avoiding the risk of illness or a period (QALY loss).The questionnaire includes questions using the method of standard gamble and time trade off, and respondents rate their health on the EQ-5D. The study analyzed and compared the average levels of WTP/QALY in each group of respondents.The average amount that respondents would be willing to pay for 1 QALY ranged from 76,420.13 to 82,719.63 zł depending on the version of the questionnaire. Respondents' highest rates of WTP/QALY was for question with variable profit of QALY and payment with four installmentThe analysis showed differences in mean rate of WTP / QALY in groups of gender, age, marital status, place of residence and health status.
