The international community to conflict in Rwanda

Głównym przedmiotem pracy jest ukazanie roli, jaką odegrała społeczność międzynarodowa wobec konfliktu w Rwandzie. Ukazano czynniki zewnętrzne, które miały bezpośredni wpływ na przebieg ludobójstwa. W pierwszym rozdziale autorka przedstawiła genezę konfliktu Rwandyjskiego. Drugi rozdział traktuje o ludobójstwie z 1994 roku. Dodatkowo jest w nim mowa o zdarzeniach, które miały bezpośredni wpływ na rozpoczęcie mordów Tutsi. Trzeci rozdział jest podzielony na trzy podrozdziały, w których kolejno przedstawione jest stanowisko ONZ wobec ludobójstwa w Rwandzie. W ostatnim punkcie przedstawiono problem interwencji humanitarnych ONZ. Czwarty rozdział traktuje o Międzynarodowym Trybunale Karnym dla Rwandy. Rozdział składa się z czterech podrozdziałów, w których szczegółowo przedstawiony jest czas i miejsce powołania Trybunału, ogólna charakterystyka, szczegółowa struktura i jego działalność.

The main subject of the work is to show the role played by the international community to the conflict in Rwanda. Shows the external factors that have a direct impact on the course of the genocide.In the first chapter the author presented the genesis of the Rwandan conflict. The second chapter deals with the genocide of 1994. In addition, it is concerned about the events that have a direct impact on the start of murder Tutsis. The third chapter is divided into three sections, which in turn is presented the position of the UNITED NATIONS to the genocide in Rwanda. The last section shows the problem of humanitarian intervention. The fourth chapter deals with the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. The chapter consists of four sections, in which detail is the time and place of the appointment of the Court, General characteristics, detailed structure and its activities.
