Human resources management on the example of the selected hotel

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie systemu zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi. Opisana została jego główna rola oraz koncepcja zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi z uwzględnieniem wybranych elementów, które podległy ocenie. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone za pomocą kwestionariusza. Analizie poddano między innymi system nagradzania pracowników, motywowania, klasyfikowania na etapie selekcji oraz zatrudnienia. Wykorzystana literatura oraz badanie pozwoliły zobrazować stopień wykorzystania technik zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi w hotelarstwie na terenie Petersburga.

The main goal was to present the ideology of the human resources management system. Its main role and the concept of human resources management were described taking into account selected evaluated elements. The research was conducted with the help of a questionnaire. The diagnosis included, inter alia, employee reward system, motivation, classification at the selection and employment stages. The literature used and research allowed to depict the degree of the use of human resources management techniques in the hotel industry in St. Petersburg.
