Family policy in Poland in the years 1989-2014

W mojej pracy magisterskiej chciałam poruszyć temat polityki rodzinnej w Polsce, to czym sie charakteryzuję, jakie są jej słabe oraz mocne strony. Część teoretyczną pracy rozpoczęłam od rozdziału poświęconego polityce społecznej gdyż jest to podstawa którą trzeba omówić chcąc odpowiednio podejść do tematu. Następnie przeszłam do kwestii rodziny do podstawowych pojęć, informacji z nią związanych a na sam koniec, mając już podstawy merytoryczne, rozpoczęłam rozdział poświęcony bezpośrednio polityce rodzinnej. W moich badaniach chciałam dowiedzieć się jakie zdanie na temat polityki państwa wobec rodziny mają młodzi ludzi, zarówno ci dopiero myśląc o założeniu rodziny jak i ci którzy rodzinę już posiadają. Interesował mnie również ogólny pogląd badanych na kwestie rodziny na problemy jakie wiążą się obecnie z jej posiadaniem. Wnioski jakie można skonstruować na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań to przede wszystkim niski stopień zadowolenie respondentów z polityki rodzinnej państwa. Badani wymaniają również wiele przeciwności jakie spotyka na swojej drodze rodzina w Polsce, mowa tutaj o m.in niechęci pracodawców względem kobiet, zarówno tych posiadających już potomstwo jak i tych bezdzietnych, pracodawcy zdaniem respondentów, traktują kobiety jako gorszych pracowników jedynie przez fakt bycia matką lub jedynie samej możliwości nią zostania. Drugą kwestią która została poruszona w badaniach jest za małą ilość placówek zajmujących się dziećmi podczas nieobecności rodziców a więc żłóbków i przedszkoli. Badana grupa osób poruszyła również taki problem jak niedocenianie roli ojca w życiu rodziny oraz problem bezrobocia który bezpośrednio łączy się z kwestią polityki rodzinnej. Pisząc poniższą pracę korzystałam zarówno z książek jak i ze stron internetowych. Jako najistotniejsze tytułu mogę wymienić: Polityka rodzinna, Sytuacja rodzin i polityka rodzinna w Polsce, Rodzina w dobie przemian. Małżeństwo i kohabilitacja. Moją pracę magisterką starałam się pisać w sposób jak najbardziej interesujący, chciałam przybliżyć temat nie zapominając o wątkach pobocznych, mam tutaj na myśli rozdziały poświęcone polityce społecznej oraz rodzinie a dopiero w późniejszym etapie przejść do głównego tematu pracy. Mam ogromną nadzieję, że udało mi się napisać rzetelną oraz spójną całość.

In my master's thesis I wanted to raise a family policy in Poland, what do featuring, what are its weaknesses and strengths. The theoretical part of the work I have begun from the chapter on social policy, as this is the foundation that you need to discuss in order to properly approach the subject. Then I went through the issue of families to basic concepts, information resulting therefrom and at the very end, having already started substantive chapter on family policy directly. In my research I wanted to find out what the sentence on public policy to family have young people, whether you are just thinking of founding a family and those who already have family. He also made me a general idea of family issues on the problems which are currently from her possession. Applications that can be build on the basis of the study is primarily a low degree of satisfaction of respondents with family policies of the State. Subjects has also a lot of adversity that he meets along the way, the family in question here about, among other things. the reluctance of employers to women, as well as those who have already had offspring and those childless employers, according to the respondents, treat women as inferior workers only by the fact of being a mother or only the possibility of her becoming. The second issue which has been addressed in the study is too small amount of dealing with children in the absence of the parents and therefore nurseries and kindergarten. The test group also raised the issue as to underestimate the role of the father in the life of the family and the problem of unemployment which directly connects to the issue of family policy. In writing this work I used to do with both books and Web sites. As the most significant title I can name: family policy, the situation of families and family policy in Poland, the family in this era of change. Marriage and kohabitet. In my work I tried to write in the most interesting, I wanted to bring on not forgetting the fringe stories, I am here referring to the chapters on social policy and family and only at a later stage to go to the main theme of the work. I very much hope that I managed to write a fair and coherent whole.
