Tematem pracy licencjackiej jest wydziedziczenie a niegodność dziedziczenia w polskim prawie spadkowym. Praca ma na celu porównanie instytucji prawa spadkowego jakimi są wydziedziczenie i niegodność dziedziczenia, pod kątem ich celów i założeń. Praca została podzielona na trzy rozdziały. Rozdział pierwszy o charakterze historyczno - prawnym opisuje ewolucje prawa spadkowego na ziemiach polskich. Szczegółowe omówienie przesłanek i skutków wydziedziczenia jest przedmiotem rozdziału drugiego. Rozdział trzeci szczegółowo określa przesłanki i konsekwencje niegodności dziedziczenia oraz omawia instytucje przebaczenia, która cofa skutki prawne zaistniałe poprzez zastosowanie wydziedziczenia lub niegodności dziedziczenia.
The subject of this bachelor thesis is disinheritance and unworthiness of inheritance in Polish inheritance law. The institutions of inheritance law, such as disinheritance and unworthiness of inheritance, were compared in terms of their goals and assumptions. The work has been divided into three chapters. The first chapter of a historical and legal nature describes the evolution of the inheritance law in Poland. Chapter two is the subject of a detailed discussion of the premises and effects of disinheritance. The third chapter describes in detail the premises and consequences of the unworthiness of inheritance and discusses the institution of forgiveness which reverses the legal consequences that have arisen through the use of disinheritance or unworthiness of inheritance.
