Outsourcing in the clothing industry based on the example of the LPP company

W pracy magisterskiej postawiono hipotezę, że zastosowanie outsourcingu podnosi efektywność procesów produkcyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach działających w branży odzieżowej. W dużej mierze analizie poddana została polska firma odzieżowa LPP S.A.. Podstawowe pytanie, w niniejszej pracy odnosi się do przyczyn stosowania outsourcingu oraz skutków jakie ponosi za sobą decyzja o wprowadzenia outsourcingu do firmy, a także ukazanie możliwości jakie oferuje outsourcing.. Celem pracy jest wyjaśnienie istoty zasad stosowania outsourcingu, ze względu na możliwości zastosowania go do racjonalizacji produkcji odzieży oraz rozważania czy zlecenie na zewnątrz działalności nie będącej podstawową działalnością przedsiębiorstwa jest słuszne.

The thesis argues that the use of outsourcing increases the efficiency of production processes in enterprises operating in the apparel industry. Specifically, the analysis has been subjected to the Polish clothing company LPP SA. The basic question in this paper refers to the reasons for outsourcing and the effects of the decision to introduce outsourcing to the company, as well as demonstrating the possibilities offered by outsourcing . The aim of this thesis is to explain the essence of the principles for outsourcing in terms of the possibility of using it to rationalize the production of clothing and to consider whether outsourcing activities that are not part of the core business is the right thing
