W poniższej pracy opisane zostaną kwestie związane z koncepcją lean management. Ta mająca swe korzenie na dalekim wschodzie, koncepcja ma za zadanie uproszczenie wszystkich procesów w przedsiębiorstwie , tak by w sposób jak najbardziej skuteczny wyeliminować błędy, zniwelować marnotrawstwo oraz stworzyć jak najlepsze warunki do wykorzystywania możliwości przedsiębiorstwa. Lean management staje się jedna z wiodących metod zarządzania we współczesnym świecie. Z pracy tej dowiemy się o jej założeniach oraz poznamy szczegółowe omówienie genezy jej powstania. Niemniej , głównym celem pracy jest przedstawienie praktycznego zastosowania koncepcji Lean management oraz sposobu jej wdrażania na przykładzie Deutsche Bank PBC S.A. Autor pracy przeprowadził analizę stanu obecnego oraz przedstawia spodziewane efekty z wprowadzenia nowej metody zarządzania . W pracy zaprezentowano również plan wdrożenia koncepcji lean management w proces kredytowy oraz przeprowadzono rozważania na temat przyszłości tej koncepcji oraz jej rozwoju w Polsce

In this paper describes the issues related to the concept of lean management. This conception which has its roots in the Far East, the idea is to simplify all processes in the company, so that the most effective way to eliminate errors, waste and offset to create the best possible conditions for use of the company. Lean management is becoming one of the leading methods of management in the modern world. In this document we will learn about the assumptions and know the detailed discussion of the origins of its creation.However, the main aim of this paper is to present a practical application of Lean management and how its implementation on the example of Deutsche Bank PBC SA.Author analyzed the current situation and shows the expected effects of the introduction of new management methods. This paper presents the plan to implement the concept of lean management in the credit process and conducted discussion on the future of the concept and its development in Poland.
