Subaltern Studies- New Narrative of Indian History

Celem pracy jest zwrócenie uwagi na to jak od momentu powstania kształtowało się znaczenie studiów subalteryjnych, oraz sposobu w jaki projekt był wykorzystywany oraz jaką rolę odegrał. Podjęta została próba zdefiniowania studiów subalteryjnych, historii projektu oraz powstałej krytyki. Ostatni rozdział pracy zawiera przykłady ilustrujące wykorzystanie studiów subalteryjnych.

The aim of the dissertation is to emphasize how the meaning and sense of subaltern studies was created, the way it was used and the role which it played. The attempt of defining the project, showing its history and the critique was also undertaken. The last chapter of the dissertation consists of examples showing how the project was used.
