Abstract in English
The aim of this text is to analyze the Polish cookbook from 1868 by Lucyna Ćwierczakiewiczowa in terms of French borrowings in the names of dishes. The analysis of the material allows us to conclude that some French borrowings are attested for the first time in the history of the Polish language in this cookbook by Lucyna Ćwierczakiewiczowa. These borrowings spread very quickly in Polish, because her cookbooks had many editions in high numbers of copies and were in common use.

L’objet de ce texte est d’analyser le livre de cuisine polonaise de 1868 de Lucyna C´wierczakiewiczowa en termes d’emprunts français dans les noms de plats. L’analyse du matériel nous permet de conclure que certains emprunts français sont attestés pour la première fois dans l’histoire de la langue polonaise dans ce livre de cuisine de Lucyna C´wierczakiewiczowa. Ces emprunts se sont répandus très rapidement en polonais, car ses livres de cuisine avaient de nombreuses éditions à fort tirage et étaient d’usage courant.
