Appliation of controlling as a tool to support a management system of a manufacturing company on the example of MESKO S.A.

W niniejszej pracy dyplomowej zostały omówione zagadnienia dotyczącezastosowania controllingu jako narzędzia wspierającego system zarządzaniaprzedsiębiorstwami produkcyjnymi. Praca została napisana na podstawie analizyliteratury naukowej, raportów, artykułów, portali branżowych, a także w oparciu o danepozyskane z przeprowadzonego wywiadu pogłębionego z kierownictwem firmyprodukcyjnej MESKO S.A. W niniejszej pracy wykorzystano 75 pozycjibibliograficznych.Nadrzędnym celem niniejszej pracy było udzielenie odpowiedzi na pytaniaprzyjęte w rozdziale czwartym, dotyczące zagadnień związanych z wdrożeniemi udoskonaleniem systemu controllingu operacyjnego w analizowanym na potrzebypracy przedsiębiorstwie. Do opracowania rozdziału badawczego wybrano metodęjakościową, polegającą na przeprowadzeniu pogłębionego wywiadu indywidualnegooraz szczegółowej analizie dokumentów, raportów oraz prezentacji pozyskanychpodczas konsultacji.Szczegółowa analiza pozwoliła na sformułowanie wniosków stanowiących, żecontrolling pełni w organizacjach rolę skutecznego narzędzia wspierającego systemzarządzania przedsiębiorstwem przez umożliwienie sprawnej koordynacji procesóworaz dostarczanie informacji zarządczych, proponując przy tym wiele zróżnicowanychtechnik i metod.

This diploma thesis discusses issues related to the use of controlling as a tool supportingthe management system of production enterprises. The work was written on the basis ofliterature analysis, reports, articles, industry portals, and also based on data obtainedfrom an in-depth interview with the management of the production company MESKOS.A. In this work, 75 bibliographic items were used.The overriding aim of this work was to answer the questions adopted in thefourth chapter on issues related to the implementation and improvement of theoperational controlling system in the enterprise analyzed for the needs of the diplomathesis. A qualitative method was selected for the development of the research chapter,consisting in conducting an in-depth individual interview and a detailed analysisof documents, reports and presentations obtained during the consultation.A detailed analysis allowed to formulate conclusions that controlIn organizations plays the role of an effective tool supporting the business managementsystem by enabling efficient coordination of processes and providing managementinformation, proposing at the same time a variety of different techniques and methods.
